Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods, if you ordered multiple goods in one order and they were delivered at the same time;

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the last good, if you ordered multiple goods under one order and they were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can do this via email: support@marigold-mirage.com


You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notification.
We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will this refund incur any additional costs for you.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period expires.
The direct cost of returning the goods is to be borne by you.
You are only liable for a decrease in value of the goods if the decrease is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the supply of goods that are not pre-manufactured and are made according to the consumer's individual choice or decision;

  • for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;

  • for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon in the contract, but which can only be delivered after 30 days and whose value is dependent on market fluctuations;

  • for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts:

  • for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;

  • for the supply of goods that, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;

  • for the supply of audio and video recordings and computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
